I... am so nervous that I can't sleep... saw some properties that I liked today... hoping a billion that it works out... can't stop thinking about a million pieces of this puzzle all trying to jam in without a reference picture. So nervous. Dreading failure. Not even sure what failure means in this case...
Also, I almost walked into a glass door in front of my realtor and the sales lady. Herp da derp.
